NorCal AYF is a leading youth football, cheer, and dance conference serving communities throughout Northern California. As part of the AYF/AYC network, NorCal AYF provides structured competition, athlete development, and championship opportunities while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, academic responsibility, and leadership.
Our conference brings together athletes, families, coaches, volunteers, and community partners who share a commitment to positive youth development through sports.

Our mission
The New NorCal AYF Conference (NNAYF) is a non-profit organization that promotes youth football and cheer/dance programs for athletes in several counties in Northern California. With approximately 6,000 youth athletes ranging from ages 5 to 14 years old.
NNAYF was founded in 2023, and continues to grow by leaps and bounds. NNAYF requires its athletes to maintain academic standards in order to participate. Our commitment to academics and personal development is what separates this league from other youth leagues.
The mission of NNAYF is to enable student-athletes to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a structured environment. Through this active participation, NNAYF teaches fundamental values, skills, and knowledge that student-athletes will use throughout their lives

Our Objectives
