Redwood PAL is a non-profit youth football and cheer organization based in Santa Rosa, California. Our mission is to BUILD CHAMPIONS on and off the field. We teach self-respect, pride, teamwork, hard work and discipline, which has resulted in 20+ football championships over the past decade, and numerous league, regional and national titles for our cheer teams.
