NorCal AYF offers structured and competitive youth sports opportunities in football, cheer, and dance for athletes ages 5–14. Our programs are designed to teach fundamentals, build confidence, and develop leadership in a safe and team-centered environment.
About Our Cheer AND& Dance Program
The NorCal AYF Cheer & Dance Program provides youth ages 5–14 with the opportunity to develop confidence, athletic ability, and leadership through cheerleading and competitive dance. As part of the American Youth Football & Cheer (AYF/AYC) national network, our program combines sideline spirit with structured training in choreography, teamwork, and performance.
Participants support their football teams during games while also preparing for conference, regional, and national cheer and dance competitions. Through positive coaching, safe instruction, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship, NorCal Cheer & Dance helps young athletes build discipline, friendships, and pride in representing their teams and communities.

Competitive Opportunities
Teams compete in NorCal AYF Conference Championships with the opportunity to advance to AYF/AYC Regional and National Championships.
